Mofid Brokerage Company, as one of the largest and most widespread service providers in the field of brokerage services in the capital market, having established Quality Management System ISO 9001, 2008, puts at the core of its policies, enhancement of the staff’s expert activities and continuous improvement of its activities, pursuing the following goals:  

  • Paying attention to the needs of the customers to increase their satisfaction,
  • Optimum use of technology and up-to-date facilities, for a better service delivery to the customers,
  • Continuous improvement of quality management system and ensuring its efficiency,
  • Paying attention to the needs of staff and enhancing the level of human resources’ capabilities through continuous training.

Assuredly, this goal cannot be achieved, but through belief in the principle of sincere unity and commitment to proper fulfillment of the principles and requirements of quality management system, based on ISO 9001:2008 standard.

Reaffirming my full commitment to the contents of this policy, its supervision and revision, I request all the staff of the company to fully comprehend this policy and continuously participate in achieving the objectives of the organization.
